Half Full (formerly Alchemy) is a productivity web and mobile platform designed to simplify how people plan tasks, track deadlines, set patterns, and manage calendars, all in one unified system. Originally ideated to improve personal time management and reduce the clutter caused by traditional task planners, Alchemy aimed to merge the strengths of reminder applications and calendar systems into a single streamlined interface. The goal of the product is to help users stay on top of their goals, build consistency, and take control of their organizational habits, supporting personal and professional growth.

This project strengthened my ability to lead and coordinate a design team, communicate clearly, and manage evolving project requirements.
