Logo Redesign:

This project strengthened my ability to lead and coordinate a design team, communicate clearly, and manage evolving project requirements. I learned the importance of documentation for consistency, branding that aligns with product purpose, and designing interfaces that reduce cognitive load rather than add to it. Most importantly, I developed adaptability — understanding that flexibility and clear communication are essential when working with growing teams and shifting product goals.
